Hi, I’m Hayley a corporate leader turned wellness coach, here to help teams perform without burning out.

I spent 19 years in high-pressure sales and leadership roles, including as a Sales Director at Reach PLC. I know what it’s like to lead under pressure, support others, and carry a constant emotional load.

Now, I help organisations create calmer, more sustainable cultures, blending real-world leadership experience with holistic wellbeing support.

I’m a certified Health & Wellness Coach, Reiki Master, Level 2 Nutritionist, Indian Head Massage Practitioner and Level 2 Gym Instructor. My work is human, grounded and designed for real teams who want to thrive not just survive.
