2. Services & Content

HayLowe Coaching provides Reiki healing, wellness coaching, online membership services (HayLowe Hub), and podcast content. All offerings are designed to support emotional wellbeing and personal growth, but are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical advice.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Reiki and 1:1 appointments must be booked in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund. HayLowe Coaching reserves the right to reschedule appointments if necessary.

4. Membership Terms (HayLowe Hub)

Membership to the HayLowe Hub is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months. The Hub is a supportive space, and all members agree to uphold kindness, respect, and confidentiality. Unkind or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund.

5. Use of Site & Materials

All content on this website, including text, graphics, downloads, and branding, is the property of HayLowe Coaching unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without permission.

6. Privacy & Data Use

HayLowe Coaching respects your privacy. Personal information submitted through this site, including contact forms, bookings, or community opt-ins, is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
