I love what Hayley has achieved with the HayLowe Hub. The community is warm, friendly and supportive and Hayley’s weekly challenges are so motivational. A real eye opener for me was the Steps challenge: I assumed that because I did a lot of walking on a daily basis I was hitting my exercise goals, but how wrong I was! It was really interesting to see and I’ve learnt so much for Hayley and the wonderful ladies in the Hub.
