Hey I'm Hayley.....
A devoted mom to Tommy and a loving wife to Steve.
My journey towards better health and wellness has been quite the journey, one that's still unfolding.
I've walked the same path many have trodden before, trying out countless diets only to find myself stuck in a cycle of weight fluctuations. After giving birth to my son in 2020, I managed to shed over 4 stone, initially thinking it would bring me happiness as I finally reached my desired weight. However, I soon realised that I was still struggling with emotional triggers, particularly when I couldn't engage in my usual fitness routine.
Balancing work, motherhood, household jobs, and a social life left me feeling drained and neglectful of my own well-being.
It wasn't until a reiki session where I was told that I was neglecting myself and putting my everyone's needs above my own that I decided to make a change. I embarked on a personal wellness journey, learning to prioritise self-care and understand the root causes of my struggles.
Now, I'm determined to share my experiences and help other women like me find balance and become the best versions of themselves for their own sake and for the ones they hold dear.

I thought I could lose weight on my own I’m sure I know the right things to eat. I could plan my own workouts couldn’t I?? The reality is, I never do I overheat, and if I’m honest, can find other reasons why not to do a workout so in simple terms, I needed that one-to-one, positive energy guidance, nutritional advice, and someone who really understands me.
